REMTERRA, LLC is a limited liability company, organized in the State of Alabama and located in central Alabama with offices in Deatsville, Alabama, allowing for convenient onsite visits to many of its client properties. While the core of REMTERRA’s client base has projects located in the Southeastern United States, REMTERRA serves clients nationwide.
REMTERRA utilizes the diversity of experience within its team and its vast network of business partners to provide comprehensive land planning and management solutions. REMTERRA offers various planning options for clients whether in the energy, timber, or conservation fields, and provides pre- and post-development management services. Typical services include wildlife, habitat, and wetland management, improvement, and conservation; timber, grazing, and mining development, management, and production; as well as outdoor recreation, education, and stewardship.

Robert J. Morris Esq., CPA, GCMA
President & COO
Robert J. Morris (“Bob”) grew up in Elmore County, Alabama, just north of Montgomery. In addition to his law degree from Jones School of Law at Faulkner University, Bob has a B.S. in Accounting from Auburn University of Montgomery and a Masters of Tax Accounting from the University of Alabama. Bob is a licensed Attorney and Certified Public Accountant with experience working with a large regional public accounting firm, as a CFO of a major land and timber procurement company, as well as being the managing partner of a law partnership that was one of the largest real estate closing practices in central Alabama.
Since 2010, Bob has operated a successful solo boutique law practice in central Alabama. Bob’s legal practice focuses on providing planning, transactional and representative legal services to various business and individuals with special attention given to real estate transactions, including IRC 1031 like-kind exchanges, tax consulting, probate matters, and business advisory and entity formation services. As a landowner and initial partnership managing member, Bob has successfully developed seventeen real estate projects resulting in capital raises of over $94,000,000 with investors electing to preserve over 2,500 acres of land through qualified Conservation Easements (IRC 170(h)) and fee simple, charitable donations. He also serves as the corporate attorney for partnerships desiring to develop market driven mineral interests, residential real estate development, and buy & hold opportunities for future development potential.
J.C. Webb IV Esq.
CEO & Managing Member
J.C. Webb grew up in Plains, Georgia. He received a B.S. degree in Government and Environmental Science with concentrations in Public Policy and Economics from Berry College in Rome, Georgia. Prior to attending law school, J.C. worked with the Colorado Division of Wildlife (now Colorado Parks & Wildlife) on state and federal land development projects, environmental impact assessments, and permitting (NEPA) in northeast Colorado for oil, gas, solar, and wind energy development.
In his role J.C. worked with local, regional, and federal agencies, and managed over a dozen public-access, state wildlife and state land trust properties, including monitoring conservation restrictions and management plans for the properties. Over the past eight years, J.C. has represented landowners and corporate entities to maximize the best use and highest value of their property. J.C. has assisted landowners to establish and customize development, management, and monitoring plans for their properties, including those who elect to preserve property through easements, restrictions, and fee simple donations.
